Ok, so Im helping out my mom because she's not a computer person. She uses a coupons.com printer plugin for firefox and safari. She's been using it for months and it hasn't been acting up or anything. Lately, we updated (this is my bad) to Firefox 4, and Safari got updated from 5 to 5.05. Now the plugin will not work for either of them. I have uninstalled and installed the plugins, I have downloaded firefox 3.6.16 and tried it.... NOTHING WORKS. Please help, my mom says she'll give me 5 bucks if I can figure it out.
