'Courier' like iPad app?

I'm sure everyone has seen the demo user interface Microsoft published for the courier, if not the youtube video can be found at

I appreciate that this is no longer going to be developed or worked on, but is there any app that can recreate this intelligent journal design, handwriting recognition and web snipping functionality on the iPad??

Closest thing I've found to this is Underscore Notify. Its not nearly as polished or integrated as that demo, but it does actually exist. Major weakness is that the handwriting isn't as good in Notify as in some other apps, but for collecting info and being able to manipulate it at will on a page, it's the best I've found.
