Courts give Apple another rap on the knuckles

Apple gets another kicking in the courts I see - this time in the U.S. read THIS

I really think Apple needs to re-think its strategy and tries to get on with its neighbours. I cannot see that this constant press coverage is having anything other than an negative effect on the company in the eyes of its customers.

US courts are woefully under-prepared for these matters. They barely get lost established doctrines right let alone dealing with the sensitivities that come with IP affairs.
