I noticed on Apple's website that the new iPod, iPod Nano, and iPod Touch all have the firmware that enables the user to use the coverflow function with there iPod. I was just wondering if there is any hope for use older iPod users (5th Generation Video iPod) of getting this feature on our iPods? Thanks!

I doubt it will even happen. It wouldn't work fast enough on a 5g to be any good at all.

Plus, who cares that much, I think cover flow is kinda pointless. It is cool, and it is one of the first things I show off on my new Nano, but I don't use it to search through all my albums. It takes to long. I know what albums I have, I don't need to see them.

I agree, I doubt there will ever be a hack for the 5G and Coverflow as it stands right now is just a party trick. It doesn't sort per album or per album artist it sorts per artist which means there album covers for every artist you have on your iPod... useless.
