Cover for iPhone 4s

Anybody know of a cover for the 4s that has a cutout for the sim tray?Every time I travel in a different country and change sim cards I have to remove the cover to get to the sim tray.
None of the major manufacturers seam to have one.

OMG! There's too much to mention. Go to GadgetMac.com and check them out. There's reviews too. That would be one source. I just got up. Maybe, after some caffeine and a shower can I then think of some brands for you.
