Cox Modem

I have an airport extreme w/2TB drive. I have had it hooked to a cysco modem (ethernet connection) for several months. It worked excellent. I decided to upgrade my Cox package. I now have a Ubee 326B modem/router. It does not recognize my airport extreme (ethernet connection). Appreciate some assistance.

You need to either put the AirPort Extreme in bridge mode or turn the routing function off in the Ubee. Did you buy the Ubee or rent it from Cox? If rented, switch it out for DOCSIS 3 modem only.
