I know that a lot of people have issues with hdd fan after installing an ssd drive in there iMacs but i got à different problem that wont even solve itself when i take out the Ssd drive?

I have an iMac 27" mid 2011 where i installed an adata 256gb Ssd drive following Brian Tobeys guide on hos page, when i am done the CPU fan revs up to 3800+ rpm does anyone know if i broke something that can be fixed or do i have to leave it to an Apple repar center?
