Does running apps like video encoders reduce the lifespan of macbook pro ?

Running these tasks triggers the fans to turn faster and i dought it reduces the lifespan of fans ?

No and No. The fans do have a set life, but the machine will be obsolete long before the fans die.

I'm not sure. I've never had to replace mine or any where I work. I've always taken them apart, cleaned the blades, oiled the spindle, and put it back together again.

Apple will swap out fans if its under warranty. Out of warranty machines, fans can get kind of expensive because they have to be specially designed to work in your specific machine. They aren't too hard to change out, but you may pay $50+ for the fan.
