CPU,s 3.4 with GTX780M 4GB or 3.5 with GXT775M

I am thinking of getting a 2013 iMac 27 either the lower end CPU 3.4 with the higher end graphics card GTX 780M 4GB or the 3.5 with the basic graphics card GTX 775M they are both the same price but the 3.5 has only an HDD the lower CPU has a 256 SSD, Which one should I go for, is there a great deal of difference between the CPU,s? It does not matter about it coming with an HDD as I would use an external 2Mnvme SSD. This guy is good I love his videos are good

The main thing is the upgraded graphics card. Unfortunately, they both cost a lot more than he paid for the one he bought It seems that you can get Mac.s cheaper in the US than in the UK it seems.

This guy got his really cheap 600 and 50 bucks and the top specs. To get that one here would cost double the price he paid for his. Another thing Craigslist here in the Uk I don,t see any sold Mac.s there.
Is this worth buying at 700 pounds or should you not buy any with chips on them?

Here is some info on what I would be using the computer for Just the basic stuff and a bit of gaming nothing taxing. They both only have 8 GB of ram so I would buy 16gb of ram. One comes with 256 SSD the other one with just an HDD but that would be no problem as I would use an external 2M NVME SSD. Both cost 750.
