Been gaming some in windows 10 with Macbook pro 16".
Sometimes the CPU gets stuck at 799mhz while gaming and the Laptop gets extremely slow. If this happens this issue "follows" into Mac os if you reboot directly and not shutting down the computer. In mac os it just keeps it at base clock speed while doing a benchmark. However if you shutdown the computer. And then restart with the button. The problem is gone.

This issue seems to be triggered by only sometimes, that the CPU hits the "ProChot 100c" and then gets stuck at 799mhz. Is there a fix to this or is it bad drivers in bootcamp?
