I have a Early 2011 13' Macbook Pro. This is the temperature according to Turbo Boost Switcher Pro. Not good, I imagine. Does the fan need to be replaced, or is the thermal paste no good? Any thoughts?

CPU load of 25% could mean 100% uptime on a single thread (assuming dual-core with HT), in which case the temps are fine. Your data is insufficient. Look at the activity monitor to see if there is something that requires high CPU uptime.
