CPU-Z or Memory Timings Program?

When I brought new ram for my macbook, I picked the set with the cas timings of 4 instead of 5 just to see if it would make a difference. Is there a program that tells you what memory timings your computer is running at? In windows, there's CPU-Z but I can't find a mac equivalent. :(
