Crack in 2010 MPB screen?

Hey All,

I was cleaning my screen today and came across what I thought was a speck of dirt on the screen. After rubbing pretty hard and even using my nail gently it wouldn't come off. After further inspection it doesn't even feel like it's on the surface of the screen. I am wondering if this could be a small crack?

It looks like it could be a small crack. Other than a crack it could be something that was on your keyboard and your screen came in contact with it, as the screen does touch the keyboard when the computer is closed.

It's impossible to evaluate based on a picture.

I'd take it to the Apple store & have a genius look at it. You never know, they're pretty good about taking care of things unless it's clearly abuse. Since it doesn't sound like it, I get it in right away.

doesn't seem like a crack, but a very deep scratch.
