iPhone XS Max Cracked Camera Glass

Dropped my iPhone XS Max in a case on the carpet at home and cracked the glass over the cameras. I have Apple Care. Do they fix the glass or replace the whole phone?

Unfortunately the camera housing is anchored to the chassis and can only be removed from inside the phone. I’ve seen jerryrigeverything pry the glass out in multiple pieces and use a 3rd party replacement but it wasn’t pretty. Apple will just replace the phone..
