Cracked case repair on black MacBook?

I am looking at picking up a used black MacBook on Craigslist for what seems like a pretty good price ($300). The pictures show it to be in great condition other then the crack on the right side palm rest.

I've read that Apple will still fix the white MacBook, does this go for the black as well?

I know the black was more limited and for that reason the parts may be a little more scarce.
