Cracked iPhone case

How long do you have to return your 3gs if it has a cracked casing? I've had mine since the day it came out and never really cared about the cracks. But now the new ones coming out so it'd be nice to get a shinier 3gs to sell . Any idea if that would still be possible to exchange?

Within the warranty period.

exchange it now....I just did had my 3GS since launch...be sure to link the cracks to some kind of hardware problem

I have the 3g white one...and they'll still replace it today. because it's a known issue.
(and it's WELL out of warranty)
