I've got a macbook. It has an LCD. The LCD, unfortunately, is cracked and unusable. Apple will fix it for $800, but I've seen guides (specifically http://www.screentekinc.com/lcd-removal-instructions_en,macbook.shtml) and think I can do it myself. I've seen several other sources with the same product for $150-$300. So, as of December 2008, what source is the best for getting my replacement LCD? And how hard is it, really?

Also, I need it fixed by well before Jan. 10, so... someone with fast service would be great (and posters with fast replies)

May the :apple: be with you

yeah, several but I wanted to know if there are sources other macrumors readers like
