Cracked Screen, Is It Broken or Repairable?

Hi!

I cracked the screen several months ago. Though it was cracked, I could still use it pretty well. Now it is starting to act up, random touches are registered where the cracks are (as far as I can see).

Will a screen glass change fix it, or is it completely messed up?
