Crackling Harddisk Firmware?

Hey can somebody link me to the harddisk firmware for the unibody MBP's with the crackling sound issues. I have the 2.93ghz 17'' unibody. Although they said it only happened with the slight revision models that came few weeks or months later (along the bigger harddrive size) it's happening in mine too.

I can't find the download section for that.
Help appreciated.
