I'm hearing some minor crackling in the earpiece of my 4s. I made sure to call multiple people and change ears (in case it was my hair or something) but I still hear it. It is not on the call, it appears to be coming from the speaker.

Anyone else had this problem?

It definitely isn't the call, I guess I'll make a genius bar appointment.

This close to the launch though, the chance they will have a phone to swap it out with is low, no?

I noticed this for the first time today as well, but my new incase pro slider also had just arrived and the phone was in the case. I thought it may be due to the case? I will have to explore it more.

Same here. Noticed the audio frequency sound while in call. It's very faint but noticeable.

ACK!! I just got on here *specifically* to check for posts about this. I was calling to make a hair appointment when I noticed it. I made about 20 other calls to random businesses to see if it still did it, tried different ears, tried changing volume...nothing helped. It does it when siri is activated by raising the phone to my ear too. It seems like an issue with the ear piece speaker.

Notice it also, but i don't think its the actual earpiece. I've heard it in 2 different earpiece.
