I've been asked to set up some live chat system for an associate (ie. not something I can charge for, but which will pay off in the long run ;)).

I figure there's two main options, go with one of the two install-with-a-click systems on my soon-to-be web hotel: Crafty Syntax Live Help and Help Center Live. So, which of these are best? Anyone have any experience with both (or either)?

But, since the associate's page isn't located on that web hotel (and won't be in the foreseeable future), it might be better with a stand alone system. If I go that route, is there any better (easier to install, configure and use) then the above two? I prefer a free solution, but are willing to pay if tat will give me a much better system.
