Does that mean they're scams? I'm not even from a very big town and the list is chock full of MBPs and setups at unbelievable prices. Do you just assume straight away if it sounds too good to be true, it is?
 
Yes, in most cases if it sounds too good to be true it likely is.

The best way to find out is to call/email. If they refuse to meet local, ask or demand that you wire them money, say that the machine is en escrow, etc., it's not a good deal.

As always, buy safely.

Yes they are all scams. Stay away.
