So it's been quite a few hours since the announcement today so I decided to look at what 4 and 8 gig iPhones are going for now on ebay and cragslist. Nothing has really changed much price wise on either site, I expected that with ebay since people can't just delete auctions. I bet a lot of people would like to retract bids since a lot of people have bids on used iPhones for more than brand new ones cost now. And cragslist makes me laugh because every 10 post or so announces the price drop and yet people still was $525-$575 for an 8 gig model and $400-$475 for a 4 gig and lots of those people have links to apple's site in their ads. How long do you think it will be before people just decide to take a loss and price more competitive? Some of this people are still trying to sell multiple phones they bought on July 29th.
