I'm looking to get a new powerbook and an ipod under the Cram and Jam offer that's running in Australia at the moment.
However, I'd much rather get the 30gb ipod photo under the offer. I've rung 4 different stores and three of them said they'd be able to do the offer.
The fourth store said they wouldn't do it.
The kicker is that I've already ordered my powerbook from the fourth store.

I told them that all the other stores were doing the offer with the ipod photo and that they were the only ones I've encountered who weren't. They told me that I should ring the apple customer line to find out for myself.
I did.
The apple customer line said that if you ordered online, then it was only available for the ipod 20gb, but apple resellers are able to do it with the ipod photos as well.

I rang back the apple store and told them this.
They told me that they'd check with apple and ring me back later that day.
The next day they rang and told me "no.".

Now I'm left wondering what to do.
Has anybody in Australia managed to get the ipod photo under this offer?
Did the rebate come through ok?
Any advice as to how to handle this situation?
Help would be greatly appreciated.
