Crappy app store icon bug

Ever since I refreshed my OS X install, crappy buggy OS X app store icons keep appearing at random times, check out the screenshots I have attached.

Sometimes they go away, sometimes come back. The app store I believe though is just a web browser essentially, could be bad cache or possibly an app store bug or the app store is delivering me compressed images based on my internet speed?

Anyone else have this?

It just started look bad recently. I have not installed any updates. CMD-5 fixes it for some time then it starts again.
