Maybe there are other threads about this, but I thought I'd start my own. Coming from Verizon in 2007, AT&T service has always been a disappointment but I've sort of tolerated it. For the last 30 days or so, though, there has been a significant increase in dropped calls and failed calls. I know I'm not the only one -- everyone on my family plan is having the same issue. I called and bitched to AT&T, and they have issued me a $150 credit, which honestly makes me feel better (about $150 better, to be exact). If the network doesn't get better by this time next month, I plan on calling again, but I felt it was worth sharing my story if anyone else is having the same issues. It couldn't hurt!
