Crash reporter question

So i ve been having problems with my ip4 jbd 5.0.1 going into safe mode alot. So i found this app in cydia that show a crash report but im not sure how to read it. I was wondering if anyone knows if this app shows excatly what is causing my phone to crash and to go into safe mode by looking at the crash log?

I removed the tweaked causing the random safe modes, havnet had an issue yet

Yea im not that much of a computer guy so i have no clue on what any of that means but thanks for pointing me in the right direction i will go from there and try to figure that stuff out. Thanks
