Crash....

Can any of you nice chaps advise what this is?

Whilst in iPhoto loading a video, the screen "scrolled" down from the top and turning dim. It then came up with the above message.

That message is called a Kernel Panic, the Mac version of the blue screen of death.

You have no option but to power the machine down and reboot. They are generally conducive of a larger error but if it is just a once off I'd personally ignore it.

Its actually the second time

I have Apple Care. Do you think there is something wrong with the machine. Coming from Windows I know the Blue Screen of Death isn't great.

Generally, it's indicative of a hardware issue. I would go ahead and contact Apple as you have AppleCare. It would be no fun if it happened repeatedly and your AppleCare expired.
