Crashed Hard drive lost everything but what was synced how do i get it off?

my harddrive crashed recently its a windows machine i lost everything... i didnt have backups im dumb i know but stuff happens. all of my photos are synced to my phone.. in the photo library.. and also all my apps. how do i get all the photos off??
i have been searching for days i found a few programs half of the dont reconize the iphone some do. i found one that does and works greaT but leaves a huge watermark on every photo.. is there any software that is free that will let me rip the photos off of the phone?

and also with the apps how do i get them all off of the phone and onto the computer?
