I've been trying to use Topaz Video Enhancement AI on some older digital video without success. The program will run for an hour or more, sometimes up to five hours and then experiences an unrecoverable crash.

I'm using a 2019 Mac Pro 7,1 with 96GB RAM, a 28-Core processor, a Samsung 2TB SSD for read/write of the processed video, a 580X Apple video card and Catalina 10.15.7

The crashes were with the latest trial software (as of today) from Topaz.

Any thoughts as to how to get it to work? It looks like it has promise, but isn't worth $200 to me if all it does is crash...

Works fine for me, I used the trial version with a 16" MBP (6C, 32GB, 5500M 8GB)

I use the default render (gaia HQ?) and set it to h.264 better quality. Takes about 0.15-0.85 FPS haha
