Ok i have a Macbook pro running leopard. I was a PC guy for ever this is my first Mac since my IIe. Ok Well I have been using this for about a year.. LOVE IT. Recently It has not been running so well. Seems to be running slower and FireFox has been crashing alot. I do alot on the Internet and usually have about 8 tabs open at once.

I am wondering if its spy-ware or something else.. How can I scan for this stuff? I run MacJanitor and doesn't seem to do much.. I am looking for some help here. Thanks everyone...

It's not spyware. Firefox (especially 3.0 beta) isn't the most stable app in the first place. Disable all your Firefox extensions and see if you still have problems.

I will give it a shot. Hope it isn't a failing hard drive. Everything else seems to be running pretty good. I am thinking of going back to the non beta for fire fox.
