Crazy fonts in my emails and online.

I run on 10.4.11

SOME web sites, not all, look like another language...totally unreadable.

Now, parts of some emails are looking the same way.

I have not installed any new fonts.

I did install Font Nuke.

I did go thru font book and turned off many fonts.

None of that made a difference.

Is it possible that I have a virus?? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
