[Crazy Leopard Glitch] Dockbar frozen, and hotkeys stop working

I get this once every couple of weeks while performing basic tasks, normally when I'm in a web browser, but the dockbar will freeze, I can't click it or anything, and my hotkeys to switch between programs stop working.

I can use all the hotkeys within an app but this is the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Anyone else been experiencing this problem?

Sounds like the finder keeps crashing.

To temporarily fix the problem, when it freezes press Command + Option + esc. A window should pop up, select "Finder" and press Relaunch, wait and then your system should start responding.

Have you repaired disk permissions yet?
If you haven't go to the applications folder, find the utilities folder, then click on disk utility. Select your hard drive in the side bar and then click repair permissions.
