A few days I updated quicktime.
Then I deleted a bunch of albums from itunes and regular emptied my trash.
I then updated front row and Itunes to 8

I plugged my ipod in to sync it and after a little while I noticed my trash can had 419 things in it. Some file that started with a 2 and had some random numbers and letters. I clicked on it and it opened to 14 more blued files, clicked on one of those and 14 more, clicked on one again and a white piece of paper with the random file name came up. I secure emptied my trash.

Now when I turn my computer off and back on apps and everything inside them that I haven't already clicked on that day are opening slowly and I am getting beach balls sometimes for about 3 seconds. After something loads though, it is quick.

Is this something normal? It was suggested to me that it was my ipods trash file. But I wasn't sure how to tell.
