Create a Bootable Disc Image on a Hard Disc Separate from Bootcamp?

I am looking for Windows software that can create a disc image of Windows 7, and then place it on another hard drive separate from Bootcamp, and then make that disc image bootable after a computer restart.

In other words, software for Windows that does what Super Duper does for Mac. My understanding is that Paragon and Acronis for Windows is limited to the Bootcamp drive.

Thanks for any tips.
