I have scoured the web and have not found any straight answers, and the one I have found have not worked. I need to make a bootable USB drive to install Mountain Lion on a Mac Mini with a fresh hard drive. I don't have a Mac available so I need to do it on Windows 7.

I have the DMG image file and have tried using PowerISO, and that booted just fine but the installer wouldn't launch.

If anyone has done this before, I would really appreciate some guidance, especially in what app to use. Thanks!
