Create a Multi Apple Hardware Test USB bootable

Hello

I Need to create a bootable usb stick with Multiple Apple Hardware Test.

The idea : instead of booting directly to the AHT, there will be a simple menu like this

--- MacBook Pro ---

1 > 2011 - 13"
2 > 2011 - 15"
3 > 2011 - 17"

--- iMac ---

1 > 2009 - 21.5"
2 > 2009 - 27"
3 > 2010 - 21.5"
4 > 2010 - 27"
5 > 2011 - 21.5"
6 > 2011 - 27"

.....

Then we choice the AHT needed and it loads

ZenSurfeur - Arrived here looking for the same sort of arrangement. I don't know if you are still interested in this idea but, if so, you might want to check out this article, which offers a viable approach (albeit sans-menu).
