Hi all..

I have a music library i wish to create aac versions for in iTunes. however when i try, get error -50, incomplete.

The files themselves play just fine... so is this die to an limitation, since these songs were not purchased in the iTunes Store.

I need to convert then because TuneUp won't recognize anything else.

It's a bad idea to convert one lossy codec to another. Converting MP3 to AAC will lower SQ and add artifacts.

If you want to "convert" to AAC and maintain SQ subscribe to Match and after matching replace by deleting and downloading.

Ok, i need AAC because the files are currently .MP3 and TuneUp won't accept for some reason.. I wish to use Tuneup because iTunes does poor with matching with missing album art with incorrect meta-data.

tuneup does this automatically.
