create all-in-one installer for some apps

So I recently downloaded a bunch of apps from my schools MSDNAA site. Some of these apps are individual applications that are part of a larger suite. For example, I have several apps that are part of the SystemCenter Suite of applications. While I do have seperate ISOs of each app, I would like to make one DVD that contains all of them.

Is there any way that I can accomplish this? Also, some of the apps are just executable files-is there any way to include them as well?
