Create Bootable USB 10.8 Installer - already have MBP w/10.8

I would like to make a USB installer with Mountain Lion. I bought a MBP a while back with ML installed already.

Do I have to download ML from the App store? Will I be charged for it? Or can the installer be made in a different manner?

(Sorry, I don't have an internet connection right now for the Mac to check this out).

Since you did not buy ML from the App Store, you will not be able to DL it from there without paying.

You can however snag the installer free from Apple's servers by using this trick. Then use the installer along with this free app and a 8GB USB key to make your installer.
