I'm looking to do something theoretically simple but I can't figure out a way. I just want to make a list of peoples' names and birthdays so I can put it into a note. That way, whenever I'm at the card store I can reference it and buy the cards for the upcoming birthdays. I know you can see birthdays in calendar but I have so many calendars, some toggled on and some off that if I turned off all except the birthday calendar it would be a bear to figure out which calendars to turn back on. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Use BusyCal to show only the birthday calendar in a list view - by month or by year - sorted by name or by date. From there you can print to PDF or grab the data to make it acceptable for your intended note. If you don't already use BusyCal, they have a 30-day trial.
