Create New iTunes Albums

I am uploading mp3s I created from Logic; how do I create a new album in iTunes? iTunes automatically puts the new song into the last album . . . .

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, you can just right-click a track (or select and right-click multiple tracks) and select "Get Info" and then go to the "Info" tab and enter in whatever you want in the "Album" field.

If what you want to do is anymore complicated than that, I can't help you. That's all I know how to do.
