create quicktime movie slideshow

i want to create a slideshow of some stills which will be used in a dvd im using final cut pro - wondered if theres a way to auto do a slideshow - maybe imovie - drag all the stills on timeline, then export as a slideshow movie? save messing around with keyframes in fcp.
