create share folder for printer scanner

I hope I am posting in the right thread.

I have a wifi ricoh MPC401 printer that has the ability can scan to folder. My printer ip is http://192.168.2.110/

I asked Ricoh for help but they are charging an arm and a leg to send someone over. I was hoping someone here can help me out.

The setup screen on the printer web interface is attached.

Can someone please walk me through this? My macbook pro ip address is 192.168.2.13 and the router is 192.168.2.1 - netbios name MACBOOKPRO-1F91 and workgroup is WORKGROUP.
