Create SHSH Blob from ECID and IPSW file? Possible?

I don't know if this question was asked before, Google couldn't help much, figured I'd ask.

Is it possible to create a SHSH Blob--the things that preserve your firmware for restoration even when Apple doesn't sign--through a ECID and Firmware IPSW file?

Any ideas, thoughts, etc?

No, you are missing the critical Apple Signing Key which is needed in order to make the SHSH blobs.
