just wondering to those with huge iPhoto library's on iCloud Photo Library if they have noticed any type of performance improvements when loading the library or loading the library from apps? Right now on 8.3 and even 8.4 latest beta the performance is horrible ( 34000 photos and videos) and can take anywhere up to 10 to 15 seconds just to Load the library or picker from an app.
