Creating 2 Distinct networks

Is it possible to create two different networks (one with n-speed and the other with g-speed) with one airport extreme? What I want to do is use my excisting Airport express for AirTunes. That way I can switch between the two on demand. Thanks.

I have one Express network and one Extreme network but if you plan on doing 2 networks with one router you can forget about it. You need 2 routers hooked together, not just 1.
