I've just been informed that some software I absolutely need to run for grad school won't be compatible with Mountain Lion, but it is compatible with Lion. I really like the features being included in ML and would like to use it for everything except for that software. Could I create a partition that runs Lion just for the software, and use ML as my main partition? How much space would the Lion partition need to be if the software needs 2gb of space?
