I see how I can create a mailing list in Apple Mail and is there an easier way? They make it so one needs to type in every address one a a time, my goodness. Unfortunately Outlook 2011 is no better. However Entourage 2004 & 2008 make it 10 times easier to create a mailing list as all one needs to do is copy & paste addresses. Because Apple Mail & OutLook are lacking in this vital feature, we are keeping Entourage 04 & 08 in this house, unless someone here knows of a solution or workaround. Thanks..

Go Address Book and create a "Group". When you want to send out an email in the upper right hand corner of your email you see a portrait of person icon. Click on that and that will take you to your Address Book. You can click on a Group and send to everyone in that list.

I am on Snow Leopard. Anyways that still does not answer the limitation of typing in lots of addresses. It appears that neither Outlook 2011 nor Apple Mail support this according to some google searches. My goodness I am not going to type in 100 addresses! I'll just use older versions of Entourage. They prob added this limitation to eliminate spammers. But I am not a spammer.

It works on Snow Leopard. You can import the contacts, I imported 100's when I moved from a PC to a Mac. Why don't you restate what you are looking to do, as I read it you should not have a problem.
