iOS Creating a navigation view that's not the app delegate

Hi,

I know how to connect up a navigation view to the app delegate in interface builder, but if my nav view isn't in my main view and isn't connected to the app delegate, as in I want to add a navigation view to a seperate nib because not all my nibs are nav views, how would I go about connecting it up?

Any help greatly appreciated! Or if I'm not being clear enough then tell/ask me!
